Bacti-Floor H.B.
High build, solvent free, coloured epoxide resin system for application as either a light-duty coating, a thickness from 200-500 microns, or as a self-smoothing topping from 500 to 1000 microns The coloured high gloss finish is extremely durable and has a light chemical resistance, is hygienic, and taint and odour free. Bacti-floor H.B. is an easy spreading material that will provide a cleanable, seamless surface ffloor topping and, where required, an anti-slip finish. The coating possesses a high adhesion to concrete as well as sand and cement screeds.
Product: 3 pack high build solvent-free epoxy resin, with in-built anti-microbial coating.
Advantages: Easily cleaned surfaces, good colour stability, aggregate can be incorporated for improved slip and abrasion resistance, high gloss, no shrinkage on curing.

Bacti-coat Acrylic Matt Emulsion
A single-pack option for walls that do not require a hard-wearing resin coating capable of withstanding frequent washdowns.
Product: Single pack, 1ltr covers 8m2, depending on substrate. Supplied in 5ltr containers

Bacti-Coat W.B. with Gloss finish
Bacti-Coat W.B. Standard is a general purpose epoxy resin wall coating with ecellent adhesion to concrete, wood, and other surfaces to provide an attractive, hard wearing, dust-free finish. It can act as a curing mambrane to increase the hardness of concrete by allowing full hydration of the cement.
Product: 3 pack, water based epoxy resin.
Advantages: Low odour, dries overnight, available as Standard or Matt finishes, creates a hard-wearing, dust-free finish.

Bacti-Coat Acrylic Matt with Bacti-Flake System
A highly decorative wall coating system combining Bacti-Coat Acrylic Matt with the Bacti-Flake System, and the Bacti-Coat Epoxy Clear Glaze finish. This is a truely unique finish with anti-microbial properties. Bacti-Coat Acrylic Matt can also be combined with Bacti-Coat R.T. (see below)
Product: Single pack, Bacti-Coat Acrylic Matt emulsion, one or more packs of the plastic Flek material, depending on the choice of colour(s), and a 2 pack Bacti-Coat Clear Glaze finish.
Advantages: Attractive, easily cleaned surfaces.

Bacti-Coat R.T.
A heavy duty reinforced wall lining has been developed for combination with Bacti-coat B.C. to provide a cost effective means of achieving a joint-free surface. Bacti-coat R.T. is ideal for upgrading poor conditions to a clean.

Bacti-Duct for Ductwork

Since January 1st 1996 Health & Safety regulations on Ventilation System Maintenance and Cleaning have required ductwork to undergo regular cleaning. While Bacti-cell and Bactiguard Air Filters will reduce the volumes of bacteria entering the system, protecting the ductwork against the micro-organisms entering via re-circulated air will reduce the extent of cleaning and capacity for microbial growth. Bacti-duct should be applied either before the mechanical ventilation commences work or after ductwork has been properly cleaned. Liquid Technology can supply Bacti-duct direct to ductwork cleaning companies, or, through Nationwide Filter Company, arrange the cleaning of ductwork and application of Bacti-duct

Bacti-Clean Range

Bacti-Clean is part of the Bactiguard 2 in 1 range to clean surfaces and eradicate on contact a wide range of bacteria, algae and fungi and removes unpleasant odours.

Bacti-Clean Spray is an odour-free, food-safe light duty cleanser for work surfaces. Supplied in a 1 litre spray bottle for immediate and convenient use. Refill bottles available. The Bacti-Clean range also includes surface wipes, a de-greasant, concentrate, and a lemon-scented spray.

Bactiguard Touchplates

Doors can play a major role in the transfer of bacteria from one person to another, particularly in healthcare establishments, catering and food processing facilities. The anti-microbial properties of Bactiguard Door Fingerplates mean that bacteria (and a wide range of other micro-organisms) are continually eradicated. Manufactured in EVA plastic and supplied with a self-adhesive backing, Bactiguard Door Fingerplates can be placed over an existing plate or directly onto the door surface. The manufacturer recommends replacement every six months to ensure anti-microbial protection remains at its most effective. An added feature of this product is that it can branded with a company’s own logo or message in the colour of the company’s choice.

Bactiguard Air Filters

Protecting building occupants, manufacturing processes, and products from bacteria and micro-organisms being distributed via a mechanical ventilation System. The Bactiguard range of air filters provide the solution. Bacti-G is incorporated into the filter media at the point of manufacture, thereby ensuring that the anti-microbial properties extend throughout the depth of the filter. Available in grades G2 to F5, they can serve as both pre- and secondary filters. Fitting to can be undertaken at any time, but it is especially recommended that they be installed after ductwork has been cleaned to minimise future microbial contamination of ductwork. Nationwide Filter Company Ltd can arrange ductwork cleaning and coating with Bacti-duct if required.

A secondary filter, available in grades F7 and F9, the Bacti-cell carries many features other than its anti-microbial properties. The pleated-paper filter cells slot into the housing to form a ‘vee formation’, and substantially increase the filter area when compared with conventional bag filters. Once the housing is installed, only the filter-cells need to be replaced thereafter, which minimises downtime, required storage space, and transport costs. The Bacti-cell lasts up to three times longer than conventional bag filters, uses up to 30% less fan energy, and is constructed from environmentally friendly materials.

Bacti-Klenz

A waterless foaming hand cleanser. Alcohol free, pocket-sized cleanser proven to eradicate E-Coli & MRSA. The active ingredient in Bacti-Klenz is Benzelkonium Chloride (BAC). In combination with Aloe, the cleanser is not only an effective sanitizer, it is kind to hands too.

Now available in a convienient wall-mounted dispenser, handy for visitors and hand cleaning between wards and rooms.
